If you are a manufacturer and need non metallic parts laser cut, we can supply prototype to production quantities of many materials. We have cut Poron, Polyester (Mylar), polyester membrane labels, acrylic, wood, leather, elastomers such as silicone, Buna-N, Viton, Pet-G, and others. Model Airplane Kit Cutting
In 1993, Laser Innovations began supplying airplane modelers and manufacturers with the highest quality custom and production laser cut parts. We started the company to provide a superior, yet reasonably priced alternative to die cut parts normally produced for model kits. LII was one of the early companies to offer custom laser cut kits for model plans services, such as Radio Control Modeler Magazine's plan service. While we still offer custom cutting of kits from selected plans services such as Wendell Hostetler, we also provide production cutting to model manufacturers.
Laser Engraving
If you have a photo or drawing of your favorite design that you want to immortalize in stone, wood, or other material, need award plaques for your next tournament, or just would like to take a look at our engraving capabilities, click on the link to our engraving services and products. We have a high speed engraving laser system that can engrave parts up to 18 x 32", and can even engrave on round surfaces such as mugs, glasses, or even baseball bats.
